The Founder of ProDecon started working as an installers helper the summer of 1983 installing carpets in the Phx area. later on in his career he became the National Vice President of a niche national carpet cleaning & odor remediation company that became the premier service provider & creator of the gold standard to the SFR (R.E.I.T.) rental property portfolios, providing services to 300,000+ rental properties from Seattle to Miami. Retiring from the national spotlight in 2019 to focus on family & local community. You will have Bo at your job performing the services personally for you to the level of quality & standards that changed a national industry. Many service based companies give you a rough estimate and a multi-hour time slot for service, and rarely show up on time even less on budget as estimated. We give you a specific cost and time we take our word and integrity seriously and stick to it! *We are proud to offer both military and law enforcement discounts, and thank you for your service!* Our Standard Carpet Clean Steps: 1) Walk the areas to be cleaned & inspect, then take before pictures 2) Pre-spray entire area to be cleaned with high pH solution to dissolve soils, oils, & contaminates 3) Agitate entire area to be cleaned 4) Dwell minimum 15 minutes to dissolve all contaminates embedded deep in your carpet fibers 5) Rinse with low pH neutral rinse leave carpet clean, soft & residue free 6) Open windows & doors as needed to allow dirty musty air out & fresh air in 7) Turn AC on to dehumidify air & dry carpets 8) Take after pictures of areas cleaned 9) Walk with all areas with customer before leaving property to insure that all expectations have been met
