Pro Active Health Screenings

History

Pro Active Health Screenings was started to increase public awareness about undetected health problems, by providing affordable, self-referred cardiovascular disease screenings. Pro Active Health partners with local and national organizations to volunteer staff and services for public awareness events. These organizations include American Heart Association - Go Red For Women, American Stroke Association, Barrow Neurological Institute and St. Joseph's Hospital.

Pro Active Health Screenings provides preventive cardiovascular disease screenings, using state of the art ultrasound. These screenings are an affordable, non-invasive (no radiation, shots or dyes) way to take a proactive role in your health and protect yourself from Stroke (Carotid Artery Disease), Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Screenings are provided in office: 7325 N. 16th Street, Suite 150 Phoenix, AZ 85020 Pro Active Health also provides mobile screening services at various locations throughout the Phoenix area.
