Was sent to collections 3 weeks after getting my scans and only received one bill by TEXT! I never received a bill by mail. I called the 800 number on the text, and they said it was being billed...

they do not call back to help you get medical records ... calls land on a voicemail and alternate numbers are stated to call or you can leave a message but no one calls back and the other numbers...

This practice did not bill my insurance initially and sent me a letter demanding payment in 30 days. I called to ensure that they had my correct insurance information and they told me not to...

Beware of this Radiology group. They did not bill insurance and then sent a bill to the patient demanding payment within 30 days or be turned over to a collection agency. That's very poor...
