terrible maintenance and security. Basically a cheap motel. Not an ideal living situation. Loud neighbors, no warm water the entire year I've been here.

Look ELSEWHERE! 0 should be allowed for this, horrible place literally turned a motel complex into apartments, they spray over with paint on everything instead of actually clean! They have roaches...
