Had a pretty negative initial experience with PODS. Driver arrived hours past 3-hour window. Despite due diligence, and enough planning and lot/entrance dimensions on my end, the unit didn't fit...

Didn't even get to have an experience. Pods advertises three sizes of Pods (8', 12', 16') that can be rented by the month for on-site storage. If you only have space for the 8' you are out of...

worst customers service ever!!! i am transfering my 2 pods to a storage locker and they cant delivery them in the same 3 hour window WTF. i am paying movers to unload!! would never use them again....

Can't get them to take their empty pod back, no matter what we do. They keep telling us a date they'll be here and they keep no-showing. I'd never use this company again.
