This people never answer the phone, I haven't been able to log in to my online account for the last month and a half, I use my debit card once and the next day is blocked, its just terrible.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. Pinal County Federal Credit Union makes it nearly impossible to access my own money thanks to their outdated systems and laughable policies....
