Patti Okun

History

I began my business working in the office of Judy's Harmonic Healing Center, in Tempe, Arizona. In February, 2012, I moved to my current location. I give ongoing workshops and facilitate process groups in all areas of body-mind healing, including the energy system, mindfulness, and the work of Joseph Campbel, bringing the Hero's Journey to our present, every-day lives. Clients benefit from individual work and also from participation in group work by claiming more of their unique gifts and potential.

Specialties

My specialty is supporting clients in creating consciousness, using mindfulness and awareness, around the beliefs and patterns that have been ongoing in their lives. These patterns have revealed similar results in life events and choices. We work together to become more mindful of how these long held beliefs live in their bodies. As we create more awareness, new energy is released, freeing up more space inside to continue to discover their unique paths and potential, allowing them to bring their unique gifts and passions out into the world.
