History

This location was a 31 Flavors Ice cream store and in 2001 Adam Hatch from Colonia Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, took over the location making ice cream and paletas from Mexican recipes he brought with him from home. The business was later sold and Adam continued making his recipes and selling wholesale. In late 2010 the store closed and was reopened in May of 2011 by Floyd & Joyce Aurich. The same ice cream, paletas and aguas frescas by Adam Hatch are the center pieces of the store with many other Mexican treats.

Specialties

Ice cream from Mexican recipes with fruit and 16% butterfat cream. We also have paletas (frozen fruit bars & ice cream bars), aguas frescas (natural fruit drinks), strawberries & cream (natural & frozen), escamochas (fruit medley with cream & granola), Tostitos preparados , elotes, esquimales ( chocolate covered ice cream bars) and other Mexican treats.
