History

I started onPar Speech because I wanted to provide the highest quality of speech therapy that I can. I think it's very important to hear feedback from clients, and listen to their thoughts. I like to make sure I spend as much time as possible to hear what the client is thinking. I realized over time that in order to do that effectively, I needed to create an environment that facilitates creativity and individualized therapy. onpar Speech is that dream realized and we are dedicated to every client and their family. Specialties

We are dedicated to providing high quality speech-language therapy in a family-centered environment. We believe that children make the most progress when their parents or caregivers are actively involved in the therapy process. We strongly encourage parents to participate in the therapy sessions. During each session, we will periodically explain the methods that we use and why we are using them. We are always happy to answer any questions that you might have during and after the therapy sessions. We provide explicit instructions on how to work with your child outside the therapy session. We ask that parents attend all therapy sessions to maximize your child's progress. Research has clearly shown that children make greater progress when therapy skills are practiced outside the therapy room. We take great pride in helping parents understand how to work with their children so that they can practice new skills outside the therapy room. We also design a home program that is tailored to your child.
