Oakwood Creative Care: Innovative, local support for dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery & aging cognitive challenges. Oakwood provides the care model that sparks JOY for aging adults and their family caregivers. This "Club" is specifically an Adult Day Care location which we call a club to emphasize improved cognitive engagement activities and a friendly environment that helps the individual with dementia or other age-related challenges, as well as provide respite for their family caregivers.
