Northtown is a great place to live or rent. The community is friendly, there are activities at the community center, the pool table room is always open to members. The pool has had some issues...

Never buy into this community,. Don't even rent any homes here. There is no heated pool, actually no pool, they closed it down, no Jacuzzi hot tub, gravel roads, terrible management.
