History

Since beginning in the Valley of the Sun in 2012, the mission has always been the same. Having courteous and enthusiastic instructors assist, guide and empower our students into athletes, and athletes into champions in a safe, fun learning environment.

Specialties

Olympic-style Taekwondo is here in East Mesa. Establishing in 2013, Nguyen Brothers Anthony and Johnny have produced the most state and national level medalists Arizona has ever seen in Sport Taekwondo (USAT). Besides top level training for competition, NBT Masters and Instructors serve to create a fun and also educational environment to learn and stay fit and ultimately injury-free. Taekwondo can be a way to set new goals while breaking through the old ones. The road to black belt is a tough one, but a rewarding one here at NBT.
