Very convenient location at Southern and Gilbert. Plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and quick. I don't think I've had to wait behind more than one customer.

I went in to open a checking account and was told they were short staffed and i would have to book an appointment. There were NO customers in the bank and NO customers at the drive thru. What?!?
