I really like going to this bank! I went in the other day to make a deposit and everyone is always so nice. Never had any issues.

My friend has a different bank. He tried to deposit coins into his account ($51 in dimes, nickles, and pennies). The coins were all rolled into those paper wrappers bought from a retail store....

An UNBELIEVABLY bad experience from start to finish. I'm not sure what happened to NBoA but they won't be in business for long if they don't improve their customer service and decision making....
