Lots of bad reviews on here. I disagree. My business is a pawn shop and we deal with large daily cash withdrawals. Initially we had trouble finding a bank that would even deal with us at all....

Shea was not helpful. Trying to verify a business account (card was locked by NBoA not our end). I get that but when I tell you that I don't have the login on my phone because it is a business...

Worst bank EVER. I opened an account about 3 months ago and have had more problems than I can count. Transfers out get rejected because they record my name incorrectly, transactions take forever...

Worst bank in Arizona. There must be some greedy leprechaun that lives in the vault always locking my debit card. Customer service is boo boo and the mobile app is a joke.
