I barely made it there due to my battery being dead but I pulled up, parked and walked inside. I always buy my auto batteries at Napa because of the warranty and the pro-rate if the battery dies...

Bad customer service. Was looking for a specific product. Only customer in store. Both employees up front texting on their phone and nobody came to see if I could find what I was looking for....

All I have to say is the customer service here sucks and the guy at the front desk go with the hand tattoos is absolutely ridiculous told me I didn't have an account even though I he did call...
