Again they can't do what was ordered. We were to get 15 flowers total but on the 3rd time we got a dozen. What part of 3 roses and a dozen roses is not understood? They are in better condition at...

Horrible Service. They didn't deliver the same arrangement from the picture. Couldn't give a refund or discount and said they would deliver the proper arrangement but never did!
