Salt is never a first ingredient except for in the sea salts we offer. We take pride in the creation and consumer testing of all of products and refuse to cut any corners on quality. Our product line includes over 60 sauces and spice mixes that range from Mild to Extra Hot. Our all-natural spice mixtures are the perfect enhancement to your home-cooked meal. Freshness is guaranteed in all of our products. Our ingredients are of the highest quality and purchased fresh as we need them. The difference in the care put into these products shows in the flavor.With over 30 years of experience in cooking, the Owner, Debbie Roberti, is certified in Food Processing as well as Food Safety Restaurant Management. She is a master in food science and the proper use of seasonings. If you start with a blend of fresh, high quality ingredients, you do not need to use as much salt, chemicals, flavor enhancers or fillers. All of our products are pure. Everything is fresh and bold so a little goes a long way. Most commercial seasonings are bland or filled with ingredients that we would not want to consume or cannot pronounce. We believe in bold, natural flavors to enhance the natural goodness of our food, whether that is a steak on the grill, soup on the stove or a side salad. You do not have to be cooking Mexican cuisine to use chili powders, and you do not have to be a chef to make a good sauce. All of our products are packed fresh to order.
