Rip off prices. Rude locksmith, poor customer care. Showed up hours late after saying he was 40 minutes out. Still charged me an " emergency fee" . $1000 for one key . Find another service

Get this... After Stormy installs the WRONG door hardware that I specified (totally my fault), she comes back the next morning with the correct hardware and switches it out at no additional cost....

I can't say enough about how great the service was. I had an oversized door that required a different lock than I had purchased. Time was a factor. It was Thursday and had to be done by Friday....
