History
Under new management: A native of Thailand, acquired ownership at the end of March 2016 of Mountain View Thai Cafe in plaza fountain side, She owned and operated a Thai restaurant for 15 years in York, England. After living in England for 25 years, she moved in Scottsdale 2012 for a life style change and more favourable weather. She's mother of 13 months old daughter. Her selection will be fusion and healthy, said Victoria. The lunch thai menu will include salads, some wraps, curries and soups. In the mean time, she offers sandwiches, breakfast pastries, beverages. She has added a brand of traditional thai tea. She returned to culinary school to learn and create fusion dishes. She is excited for town residence to broaden their knowledge of thai cuisine.
