Montessori Charter School of Flagstaff- Switzer Campus

Acorn Montessori School is a charter school, serving students 5 to 13 years. The school offers academic courses in various subjects, including health, geography, history, social studies, values and human dignity, physical education, Spanish, French, art, music, technology and computers, math, geometry, reading, spelling and phonics, grammar and language, zoology, botany and biology. Acorn Montessori School participates in the meal program serving two home-cooked meals daily including breakfast, lunch and snack, as well as offers before and after care programs. The school is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce. Acorn Montessori School is funded by the Arizona Department of Education and the United States Department of Education, and is located in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

The Montessori Public Charter School of Flagstaff Cedar Campus serves students in grades 7th and 8th. Our middle school program exceeds the curriculum guides of the Arizona State Standards, while continuing to adhere to the school philosophy of "meeting the needs of the child." Our small student body is by design, so that every student has a personal educational experience which allows them to learn self-advocacy skills to collaborating with peers and teachers.
