Southwest Behavioral Health Services, also known as SBH, is a nonprofit behavioral health provider organization that was established in 1969 and is located in Phoenix. SBH is governed by a board of directors and serves Phoenix metropolitan area, rural western Maricopa County, northern Gila County and Pinal County in Arizona.
