No management on site. Assigned a spot that had no working utilities. Park is only 1/3 full with old units. Had to get 3 codes to restrooms and neither worked. Homeless use the water on vacant...

What a terrible Rv park!! We had to leave because of a family emergency. They kept our money. No refund. It's a slum Rv Park
