All of our food is locally sourced when available and made from scratch. No frozen or previously processed foods here! We make our own buns for our Sonoran dogs, sour dough for our breakfast sandwich, and conchas for French toast or by themselves! We also serve Carnitas and Dorado tacos, along with the best Chorizo and Machaca burritos in Tucson! For our vegetarian or vegan friends, try our Calabacita Quesadilla, Portabello taco, or Cucumber and Garbanzo salad along with made to order Guacamole and chips. By far one of the best Food trucks out there! We've tried several items on the menu and they've all been absolutely delicious! Can't say enough good things about Mestizo!
