55+ units all utilities included in rent, for lower income folks. Manager... not great all the rest great. Huge units and good people very diverse residents.

Bonnie has been super helpful in getting my MIL situated. The property is clean and offers a lot of nice amenities. We are excited places like this exist to help our elderly community!
