Mercury on mill management is incompetent. They literally can't do anything without you reminding them everyday. My bathtub started to fall apart with massive cracks and chunk of the surface...

I have not had hot water for 20 days now. I contacted the City of Tempe. They have cited them and may impose fines. I was without hot water from Dec 23 to April 24 last year. There is so much here...
