Mediation Northern Arizona

History

A retired attorney and a psychologist, after working together for over twenty years in the court system, established Mediation Northern Arizona to help people resolve disputes in a more respectful and effective manner. Mediation Northern Arizona is founded on the premise that disputes are more easily resolved when the playing field is even, the disputants communicate in a respectful manner, and when each disputant expresses their position clearly and listens and understands the other's position.

Specialties

We mediate disputes involving divorce, custody, property disputes, support issues and other issues related to families/partners. We also mediate disputes involving business dissolution, employer/employees, supervisory issues, and other issues related to businesses, nonprofits, or other organizational structures.
