The McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center is a recreational facility spread over an area of more than 35 acres. The center features an over 24-yard lap pool and nearly five soccer and ball fields. The McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center also maintains a fitness center that is equipped with cardiovascular machines and dumbbells, as well as conducts nutritional, wellness, aerobic and leisure education classes. It offers swimming opportunities for the general public and high schools teams. The center also features an approximately 600-foot river. The McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center is a part of the Parks, Recreation & Activities department, which is governed by the City of Scottsdale in Arizona.

It's a great facility!! Very clean, friendly staff that's knowledgeable and attentive to the kiddos in the water! The kids enjoy the classes and it's nice to have them familiar with water safety!!

Kids had a great time! Lots of life guards so I felt secure to let my son play in the pool part of the splash pad (with a life jacket on). Lots of shaded seating. Would go again.

This place is so much fun. The price was pretty cheap to get in especially for everything that they offer. The lazy river was so relaxing and the waterslide was lots of fun. I definitely recommend...

This is the absolute best spot to go to if you need to entertain little kids. Make sure to check out their hours before you go because the waterpark is closed until 1 PM.
