I don't usually review McD's, but this one stood out for me. I ordered using the mobile app and walked into the store. My food was waiting and the counter server asked if I was Karen. Perfection!

Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

What a joke location. The app for some reason wouldn't work and the drive thru lady (brat) absolutely refused to help us. Her attitude was basically sorry not my problem. Not very customer...

Can't get good employees... I ordered two tiny cheese burgers and a regular coke... simple order, right? They messed the order up when I placed the order and had to correct them, then I paid...

took almost an hour (?!) and made two mistakes on my order. Many orders were wrong. Terribly run location. They need to get bigger kitchen, new management, and simplify their menu.
