They had a food truck at the Vegan Night Market in Tucson and I ordered the Chick'n Less Seitan Po Boy. So much seitan in the sandwich and it was really good. Would order it again for sure.

Ordered a chicken and a shrimp po boy. Our sandwiches had nothing in them. Literally just lettuce and three shrimp. Took a really long time to come out too.

my food was so good!! i had a chick'n less seitan and beignet and they were both amazing! Maya did such a good job and was so nice and I highly recommend!
