He is fellowship-trained in male infertility/microsurgery. He also specializes in the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate including the minimally invasive UroLift System.

Dr. Alexander is board-certified by the American Board of Urology and has clinical interests in prostate disease including BPH/enlarged prostate and abnormal PSA values, prostate surgery, bladder surgery, kidney surgery, stone surgery, female incontinence surgery, robotic prostatic surgery, and the No-Scalpel vasectomy technique. Dr. Alexander also offers the UroLift procedure for BPH, and has been recognized as a UroLift Center of Excellence.
