I was told if I didn't write my credit card number down on their form, I'd be charged an extra $10!! They want me to write down my credit card number, and leave it with them.... I wasn't...

Quick easy and can even print your cards so you don't have to just have your ecard. I recommend an appointment. You do not need medical records.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars!! I went here only because my dispensary recommended them for renewal... saying it's only $50 instead of everyone else's $125+. A couple...
