In 1958, the Maricopa County Dept. of Public Health began registering, issuing and correcting AZ birth and death certificates. We remain the sole source in the Valley for obtaining these records at our 4 walk in locations.

The computer system is a 100 years old. It basically takes over a hour to get a birth certificate. I could leave 100 reviews by the time their system takes to fill out your name.
