In 1975, when Joe & Eleanor Spina chose to retire in Tucson, AZ, their sons, Joe and Vinnie, decided periodic visits just would not do and chose to follow them. At the time, they owned a construction company and that industry in Tucson was stagnant. Creating a new business, a restaurant, without any prior knowledge of the restaurant industry, seemed a much safer option to Joe & Vinnie. They chose to name the restaurant

Had a quick meeting with a friend that was craving pizza and she mentioned this place. The place seems a little run down (very 90's) but they had great oldies music and made the meeting pleasant....

I had the team in the office for some late Spring cleaning and we ordered Mama's... Some food items just can't be delivered and pizza for me is one of them... It has to be hot from the oven...
