Inexpensive drinks, convenient location, lots of character with interior design, small crowd. If you're looking for something relaxed and quieter you may consider Maloney's.

They play movie clips and good music. Lots of fun and decent food. It is pretty affordable and right on 4th ave. Out bartender was super cool. I would go back
