Once a terrific PCP, his office staff is lazy, disengaged, surly, and unresponsive. When called on it, the practice will "discharge" you rather than address their HR issues. Such a shame.

He's unkind, uneducated and childish. Quite embarrassing. He is also vicious in is addressing patients. Honestly, I'm writing a strong letter to the medical board.
