History10 years ago after a back injury, that lead to a back surgery, that lead to an 11 and a half month recovery process. This was the most challenging time in my life. I worked in physical therapy looking to help others through challenges similar to what I went through. After three years in the therapeutic environment I wanted to help people beyond where I was at. I have found that through fitness, health, and nutrition I help others lead a longer better quality of life then they would without me.
