Old school elite gym - fantastic equipment, and while most of the people here are very serious, there's an excellent training staff for novices as well. They get the job done.

New owners come in and make bullshit changes!!!! Destroyed the environment that we had built in this gym....changed this gym from a family to more of a 24HOUR FITNESS or LA FITNESS type of place...
