History

Long Accounting & Tax Service, LLC was founded by Ray Ramirez and Kimbra Long and began its operations in 2016. In 2012 Kimbra was working on establishing her own accounting practice and was introduced to Ray. She began working for Ray's small accounting and tax business, on a part-time basis from her home, while working towards earning her bachelor's degree in accounting. After several years of this arrangement it was discovered that they made an excellent team and in combining their expertise they could offer a variety of services to small business owners. In the later part of 2015 Long Accounting & Tax Service, LLC was formed with the vision to offer an affordable variety of accounting and tax services customized to the needs of small business owners.

We offer a wide range of accounting, payroll, and tax services for individual and businesses, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. Our services are provided remotely through our home office.
