History
Chuck Lesser started Lesser Associates after seeing how landlords were being treated. From the very start Chuck felt that Landlords should be treated better. The biggest problem (which still continues today) is that most management companies are only open M-F. At Lesser Associates the office is always opened. Even on holidays and weekends. Chuck's son Larry is now the 2nd generation running the company. He brings new life into Lesser Associates. Having started as a child working in the office Larry learned how to handle tenants, issues that arise at all properties, as well as how to pass the knowledge of Chuck to new clients.
