The service is always nice and very helpful, and I would give them 5 stars, except their prices are extremely high, and I can save over 50% on same products sold on Amazon.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff. Get my sample tested for free. Jamie and Samantha are very good at recommendation to keep my pool in top shape. App gives me discounts.
