Legacy Academy

History

Legacy Academy began as a 501(c)(3) non-profit after-school program in Mesa in 2014. The leadership team has many decades of combined experience in education and with swift positive student outcomes came rapid growth. Transitioning into a full-fledged non-profit K-12 private Christian school in 2017, our family has expanded quickly with student enrollment rolling from under 20 students to soon over 100 this Fall after just one year. Children and young people today face enormous challenges: the increase of violence, environmental degradation, new diseases, discrimination, poverty, radical changes to family structure, among many others.
