History

Laura's Burgers and More drive-in restaurant opened in October 2016. Laura's is a seasonal business open from late September till early June. Co-owners/operators, Laura Gonzales and Robin Velasquez are proud to be a local family owned business in Old Town Avondale where they both grew up. In 2019, Laura's received recognition for being the number one burger restaurant in Arizona and 14th in the nation according to YELP reviews.

Specialties

Laura serves American comfort food with lots of love. The burgers are made with a fresh 5 ounce angus chuck beef patty on a toasted brioche bun. Favorite menu items include our signature chorizo burger with a fried egg, the thousand island burger, BBQ bacon burger, sonoran dog, BLT, frito pie and chili cheese fries. Our customers often comment on the quality of the ingredients in our food and how delicious everything tastes.
