The Trailhead Athletic Club offers physical fitness and mental awareness solutions for the residents of Las Sendas in Arizona. The club provides group fitness classes in yoga and Pilates. It also offers facial, clinical treatment, waxing, chocolate body wrap, therapy, scrub, massage and tinting services through Las Sendas Spa. The Trailhead Athletic Club administers the Tree House Child Watch program. The club provides single, family and couple membership options, as well as stretching and body composition measurement sessions. In addition, it offers opportunities to participate in social gatherings. The Trailhead Athletic Club is managed by the Las Sendas Community Association.

This place is BEAUTIFUL and so friendly! They have lots of great group activities all the time, some free and others for a good price. Definitely worth a membership!
