There are 31 people in the waiting room and only 2 employees working. The workers are doing their best but are overwhelmed. The manager of this place needs some re-training. Poor level of service.

Go in around 12 its the best time. they were polite and helpful yesterday as I had a two hour test.. my only complaint was it was cold. not sure why they get one star.

This place is like a cattle lot. Waiting room is packed standing room only. I watched staff being rude to customers who were polite. Run as far away as you can from this swamp.
