Great complex, very quiet and clean. Maintenance responds pretty quickly. The apartment is nice inside and is close to nearby restaurants and other stuff

With such a huge complex you would think that we all are paying enough in rent and amenities for the pool to be fixed but here we are months later mind you Arizona is not fun in the summertime....

do not move here. management is absolutely terrible and the mold is ridiculous. when I contacted the company about the building, and sent pictures, they terminated my lease

Absolutely not. We just moved out and I had to call them to see about my refund and wouldn't you know it they added so much to my utilities that I still owe them. Mind you that our move out day...
