NO responsibility by corporate, claiming it's a franchise. Totally unresponsive to complaints. Key card were useless, in many rooms, and has been a problem for years according to reviews.

Great staff, but bows on a cardboard box is how I would describe the building. thin walls, loud halls, loud ac, bugs from the ceiling= Would not recommend. far better facilities in Phoenix....
