Kundala Tao Sanctuary

History

Formerly the Taoist Academy of Martial Arts, now Kundala Taoist Sanctuary, we have grown from 4 classes per week to 16 classes per week. We have become the premiere Taoist center for traditional Chinese martial arts training in the whole of the Verde Valley and northern Arizona. In March of 2016, we launched KTS Academy in order to share the fundamentals of the Chinese martial arts with ages 7-16. KTS Academy functions as a bridge to transition pre-teens into the more rigorous and challenging curriculum of Chinese Kung fu, and internal martial arts.

Specialties

Kundala Taoist Sanctuary offers instruction, practice and certification in a number of traditional Chinese martial arts, and their related yogas. We teach rare forms of Taoist Qigong, Nei kung & meditation. We offer classes in Yang Style Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung fu, and American Kenpo.
