Kingman Miner

The Kingman Daily Miner is a daily newspaper that is published every afternoon, Monday through Friday, and on Sunday morning. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Newspapers, a multimedia company owned by the Soldwedel. It operates throughout rural Arizona. The only exceptions to this are the newspaper in Blythe, Calif., and billboards in southern California and New Mexico. Its properties include 15 newspapers, a sign shop, 11 shopper guides, 5 real estate magazines, 3 commercial printing plants, 2 radio stations, a billboard company, an auto trader magazine, 2 phone books, 7 direct mail publications and nearly 30 Web sites. Western employs approximately 400 people. In addition, it has nearly 200 independent contractors. The Kingman Daily Miner is located in Kingman, Ariz.
