The service was amazing the food was so good, hot & fresh! The manager Ursula was so helpful and so kind, if I could give 10 stars I would. My family & I will definitely be back.

Food is bad. Service is terrible. Wait times are crazy when there's never anyone in. Orders always wrong and/or always missing items.

Waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes and never got my order. mgr. never even apologized for wasting my time, I would recommend no one use this KFC, because the employees don't care...
